For our bagged products, our free home delivery area covers all urban Wellington suburbs and as far north as Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast & includes Eastbourne, Wainuiomata and Upper Hutt in the Hutt Valley. Delivery points are by garage, carport, front gate or letterbox … because of new health and safety regulations we are unable to ask the driver to take bags too far or up too many steps. If you are unsure please ask.
Nelson
For our bagged products, the free home delivery area for Nelson goes as far South as Richmond and North as far as Atawhai.
Auckland
We are now permanently closed in Auckland. We are still in litigation with Auckland Zoo regarding this and therefore are unable to elaborate on the reasons for the closure at this stage. We hope to share this in the future once it has been fully worked through. We will post updates on our Facebook page ZooDoo NZ. Thanks to all our Auckland customers who have been so supportive and understanding through this time. In the mean time, our Wellington branch is still going strong and Nelson is able to get our Terracotta and Tub Mix. If you are outside of Wellington and Nelson, but would like to support our cause, we have a big range of ZooDoo Gifts, which can be couriered throughout New Zealand.
