Bird Seed: Sunflower Seeds (2kg)

Sunflower kernels are high in protein and dietary fibre. They are a good source of minerals including iron and potassium, and vitamins B1 and B6. Sunflower kernels fat content is largely polyunsaturated.

Origination: Confectionery grade sunflower is imported from Australia and Europe and is not treated so will germinate if required. Australian sunflower is also high in naturally occurring selenium, compared with New Zealand South Island grown seed.
