Freshly picked mushrooms grown at home has never been easier with these Mini Farms.

Our oyster mushroom farms are shipped fully inoculated, meaning they’re ready to start producing mushrooms soon after arrival. If you’re not ready to begin growing right away, you can place the bag in the fridge at a temperature below 6°C to slow down the process. Stored this way, the bag will hold for up to two weeks before fruiting begins.

If your mushroom farm starts to fruit in the fridge, don’t worry—this will naturally slow down the growth, delaying full fruiting by about a week. Just be sure to leave a little room around the bag, as the mushrooms may still begin to grow even in cold storage
